I say wait on that sports legislation. Push things that will pass easier now. We have Trump’s EO in place for four years. Let parents and girls boycott the entities that won’t protect them. That takes away money from these entities. Then, when we get close to the next election cycle, push for a vote in the Senate where American voters can be freshly aware of every Senator who votes against it and act accordingly.

Regarding sports I have said it before and have yet to see any logical refutation that doesn’t amount to a child screaming “it’s not fair!!!”
A meter does not become longer or shorter based on whether the individual crossing it is male or female.
A second does not become longer or shorter based on the gender of the person experiencing its passing.
The hundred meter dash is to determine who can cross one hundred meters in the fewest seconds. Full stop, gender is irrelevant.
In combat sports there is a safety concern, but there’s a safety concern when a male gets in the ring with Mike Tyson and we don’t hear an outcry there. Get in the ring, you have by definition taken the risk willingly.
